The fruits of this variety are medium-sized, round, intensely blue, with a distinct waxy coating. They are sweet and aromatic, with a delicate but noticeable hint of acidity. This variety is exceptionally frost-resistant (down to -29°C) and resistant to diseases, making it easy to grow. It is a mid-late variety, with fruits ripening in late July to early August. It has good firmness and a long shelf life. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for processing into preserves. This variety tends to have strong bush growth. The production of a large number of shoots can lead to smaller fruit over time if not properly pruned. This variety is offered in C2,5 pots only for plantation.
