A very dense and extremely slow-growing pine, one of the smallest and prettiest varieties of Bosnian pine, it copes with any soil and is well hardy, suitable for growing in containers . Initially it forms a spherical form with time it can gently uplift reaching about 30 cm in diameter after 10 years.
